At that point, you will receive the informed consent and intake forms to complete. Then you book and we have our first session and continue on from there.
You are never pressured and we go at the pace that feel best for you.

1 Hour: $140
1.5 Hour: $210
*Note: A brief portion of each session time is reserved for documentation and clinical record-keeping.

written clinical letters, summaries, forms, referral letters, etc. (30 minute increments - per item)
A cancelled or missed appointment hurts three people: you, your counsellor, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. Sessions are a time reserved exclusively for you and we reserve for you a set amount of our time for the session and clinical notes. Therefore, we have a $25.00 late cancellation and/or no show fee in place.
New clients are welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation.
This short meeting allows clients to ask questions, discuss what they are looking for, and decide whether Shelley feels like a good fit.

Receipts are provided once payment is received.
